Do you have a funky-colored skein of yarn in your stash that you want to use, but don't know what to do with it? Is there something like this you've been eyeing at Home Ec that you want to use? Let Loop be the answer! Loop is a crescent shaped shawl that utilizes stockinette and purled stripes to add pops of fun color without letting the shawl get too crazy, and it's finished with garter stitch and an i-cord bind off-a perfect project for the advanced beginner who wants to stretch their knitting muscles and learn new techniques.
Supplies needed:
* Fingering weight yarn
    * Small shawlette: 400 yds main color and 150 yds contrast (loop) color
    * Large shawl: 650 yds main color and 200 yds contrast (loop) color
* US size 4 and 6 circular needle 24" or longer
* Pattern (digital pattern available for sale in the shop)
* Scissors
* Tapestry needle
* Stitch markers
* Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) knitting, purling, decreases, increases, slipped stitches, garter tab cast on, and i-cord bind off
(three session class)
